So far though, I'm moving through the levels pretty quickly. If I find myself searching google for ways out of the section I'm stuck on, then I know I've got a good game. Personally, I like it when a game makes me think, and not just react. Nothing very challenging about the game other than hand-eye coordination, from what I've seen so far. Again though, these are padding and not what I tend to base my opinions on, since sometimes you have to play with the music down low and so could loose that element. Stylistically, the game is beautiful and the music really does add to the gameplay atmosphere. The Recover option after being hit is a nice feature though. Targeting enemies is pretty forgiving, so that makes the fights a little too easy IMHO. I use a Logitech game-pad and for the most part it's pretty responsive, although the layout of the levels doesn't translate to very fluid movement, and on a D-pad it tends to be a lot of slant-ways movement. I enjoy the narrator, but since that's a gimmick, I look at the game without that as an influence. It's pretty good, but not earth shattering good, or even "stay up all night playing it" good. So logged some time on the game last night. ![]() Bought it and will be playing tonight after the kiddos are in bed.ĮDIT: OK. Is it really as great as everyone says, and if so, why?ĮDIT: Thanks everyone. ![]() So, I keep seeing people praise this game, and now that it's on sale, I'm curious.
